The renting process with RPM is very detailed and thorough and takes a bit of time. Since I was moving across country and renting sight unseen, it was particularly important for me to work with a professional team that is reliable and has a specific established rental process. They have a wealth of information online and make it very easy to communicate by phone, email and text. A special shout out to Kevin Saephanh for promptly answering all of my questions big and small with the same diligence and professionalism. Also I want to thank Michaela Roecker for quickly clarifying lease terms to keep things moving forward. A huge thank you to all those involved in getting me in to my rental before my new job began. Once a tenant, the online portal makes ongoing tasks like paying rent and requesting maintenance fast and easy.

As a current HSU student, I understand that finding a place to live outside of the dorms is very stressful, especially when it is your first time. My experience with RPM has been nothing but great, and the team has also been very helpful and insightful. I appreciate all the time they took to give me the answers to my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with my answers.
