HOW DO I PAY RENT?

Pay Rent in Resident Portal

Three Rent Payment Options

For health and security, we do not take in office payments. All payments will be posted to your online tenant portal to serve as your receipt. 


#1 - FREE ONLINE - Bank Account
. Go to your online portal to pay using your Online Portal with a Bank Account Routing Number and Account Number (see below). There is no charge for this method of payment (which is called ACH or eCheck). If access is needed, ask a member of our team to send you an email login to your Online Portal where you can pay rent and make maintenance requests. 


#2 - ONLINE - Credit Card or Debit Card Payment using Online Portal with Credit Card. There is a card transaction fee that is charged by the online portal, but no charge by our company.


#3 - PAY CASH AT CVS, WALMART OR WALGREENS.  You may visit CVS, Walmart or Walgreens and pay rent with cash only in person. NOTE: They do NOT accept checks or credit/debit card payments at CVS, Walmart or Walgreens. If you need a Payslip to pay with cash, please email Support@Rentor.com.
